For help, feedback, or a feature request, email support@acsimsek.com. Include the device model, iOS version, Driving Log version/build, and whether iCloud was enabled. Do not attach a backup file unless support explicitly asks for it; backups can contain personal driving information.
Open Driving Log and use End Drive. If the timer has been running unusually long, choose the real end time shown by the recovery controls. The app does not silently guess forgotten driving time.
Open Profile → iCloud sync details. Confirm the device is signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, and the device has a network connection and available iCloud storage. Local logging remains available while sync is waiting.
Open Profile → Backup and restore to save a JSON backup. On a clean installation, choose Restore a backup before creating a new profile. A restore adds missing records and does not overwrite current profile answers.
Open Profile → Trash. Removed drives can be restored for 30 days unless they were permanently deleted.
Driving Log is independent and is not affiliated with or approved by any DMV or licensing authority. Generated documents are supporting records, not official state forms. Always follow the official source links in the app and confirm current requirements with the licensing authority.
